Start your return
Have your order number and email ready. If you have not emailed support@fwwalls.com with photos yet, do that first — we authorize returns by email before the portal can process them.
- Requesting within 30 days of delivery
- Boxes new and sealed (one may be opened, complete and resealed)
- Product unused and uncut
- Not samples, trims, accessories or custom orders
